Plus, if you sell your home, you can transfer that warranty to the new owners! From our perspective, new ownership doesn’t change our craftmanship. We don’t use non-transferable clauses to get out of warranties. We are confident in our work. If you sell, you can use the warranty as an additional benefit for any buyer!
